Eli Photos

Carrie and her sister Shauna on October 29th, 2006.
Carrie's due date - November 6th
Shauna's due date - February 2007

Carrie and her sister one week later...
the day before Carrie's due date.

Three days past her due date, Thursday morning November 9th Carrie woke up at 2:00am with her first noticeable contraction. By 2:50 she told me things were serious and we began preparations to go to Clinton Memorial Hospital. We arrived just after 4:00am. The clock on the wall in the photo above reads 4:35. Things were just about to rock-n-roll.

Carrie displayed a performance that would make She-Ra proud and I have a new appreciation for all of the mother's of the world.

The first photo of the Glenwood Circle Peelle's.

Eli loves the camera and the camera loves Eli.

Shauna and Eli.
(With her due date in February, Shauna wondered if being in the delivery room was such a wise choice...)

Eli basking in the warmth of the heat lamp.
(Just out of sight is the large fry and Big Mac helping the hosptial keep down health costs.)

I'm not sure if Eli is receiving more warmth from the heat lamp or the glow of Grandma Jo Ann.

Grandma Fayanne had tremendous incentive to heal from an arm break just four weeks prior to Eli's arrival. Looks like she has recovered well.

Hey Eli! I'm your mom Carrie...
I'm the kind, gentle, loving parent...
wait 'til you meet that nut of a father you have.
